Debate Entrepreneurs vs Employees:

I would rather be an entrepreneur because the fact that i would be the one with the business experience and i could be the man in charge. it seems that the entrepreneur has a greater effect on the economy that the employers do.

I would also rather be an entreprenuer because you are the top of the top, you are the one in charge who makes all the decisions. Yet that would leave you with a big part on your shoulders so, if you didn't know how to handle pressure and stress very well I don't think that type of person would do well as an entrepreneur.

There is a downs side to being an entrepreneur. Entrepreneur have no guarantee of making as much money as previous or ever any money at all, while employees always are assured a set amount of money with every paycheck. The flip side to this is Entrepreneurs can't get fired, though they can go bankrupt. Entrepreneurs also have to accept the consicinces of, not only ther own actions, but also the actions of their employees. They may be able to fire an employee for bankrupting the company, but that doesn't reverse the damage the employee has done.

I would rather be an entrepreneur because your the one in charge telling people what to do.

I would rather be an entrepreneur also because you decide what you want to do so it will be something that you love and can handle.

I would rather be an employee because I people giving me tasks to do instead of giving the tasks to other people.

Many would rather be the entrepreneur than employee cause they would rather own and operate a business and be the one on top. Not the person doing all the work for much less pay and glory. Yet the employee technically has less they don't have to keep track of everything, they have much less on their shoulders than the entrepreneur does.

I would rather be an Employee because its less less of a financial risk.

I would rather be an entrepreneur because I want to have my own business and be in charge of how it is ran. Also I enjoy keeping records of stuff and being organized.  There is a down side that if the business would run into bad times it would be my job to fix it, but i would rather do that and have a say it what happens then be an employee and just have to do what im told to do when im told to do it.

Post Opinions:

Entrepreneurship in our economy is a good thing. these entrepreneurs are making great advances in the economy and without them we would still be stuck with horse drawn carrigaes for all we know.

In one way entrepreneurship is good for our economy because its putting money back. Yet its costing people who may not have the money to be buying things. And if people aren't buying things or more so not able to afford to buy things then entrepreneurs may not do as well as they had expected. Entrepreneurs yet create new "things" that society may need at that time. Making being an entrepreneur a great thing.
